
Hey, I’m Mona — a comprehensively trained Classical Pilates instructor.
I discovered Pilates during the pandemic, and it transformed my life — mentally, physically, and spiritually. What started as the only way to move during lockdown quickly became my grounding ritual. Pilates gave me clarity, calm, and confidence — and now I teach it so you can experience the same transformation.
My Training
I am comprehensively trained with over 500+ hours from The Lab Pilates, including:
- Classical Mat Pilates (Joseph Pilates’ original 34 sequence and more)
- Reformer, Chair, Ladder Barrel, Cadillac, and Tower
- Magic Circle and small apparatus
My Approach
I stay rooted in the classical method, offering precise, breath-led mat sessions designed to strengthen your core, improve posture, and restore balance. Each session is tailored to your body’s needs, whether you’re a beginner or returning mover.
Beyond the Mat
When I’m not teaching, you’ll find me walking by the water with my pup Peanut, cooking nourishing meals, or building up my future wellbeing space, KHANA.
