Can You Feel Your Pelvic Floor?

Simple Awareness Test:

  1. Sit comfortably with good posture
  2. Imagine stopping the flow of urine midstream (don’t actually do this while urinating)
  3. Notice the gentle squeeze and lift sensation
  4. Can you hold for 3-5 seconds without holding your breath?
  5. Can you fully release and feel the muscles relax?
