Simple Awareness Test:
- Sit comfortably with good posture
- Imagine stopping the flow of urine midstream (don’t actually do this while urinating)
- Notice the gentle squeeze and lift sensation
- Can you hold for 3-5 seconds without holding your breath?
- Can you fully release and feel the muscles relax?
